Don’t Fall for It

First off…I want to wish all the mothers out there a Happy Mother’s Day! God is so good! It always brings joy to my heart at the thought of being a mom. The struggle was real, but God is REALER! So, shout out to all the moms and the moms in waiting like I was. I always send a special prayer for those moms still waiting and longing to be a mom. If I can say anything, I would say don’t lose faith to all the “moms in waiting”! Believe me…I’m a witness…it’s worth the wait!

Other than that, I wanted to talk to you about something dear on my heart. Have you been hearing a lot of this “universe” talk? You know… “the universe is sending good vibes…the universe is attracting… the universe wants me…the universe…the universe…the universe…”!

Don’t fall for that. That’s a spiritual disconnect from God. The universe is not sending you anything. The universe can never cause things to attract to you. That’s called biblical principles of attraction. It’s not the universe.

To make it plain, Hollywood is glamorizing this whole universe concept. They want you to give credit to the universe for all the good things happening. Let’s be clear. The universe can never be God. God is the creator of the universe. He is not the universe.

On my podcast this week, I break down what type of spirit this is. It’s actually a form of idolatry that’s taking the world by storm! Listen, as believers, we can’t get caught up in the hype of that foolishness! Don’t fall for this. God detests things like this.

Let’s set ourselves apart. We’re in this world, but not of this world! I’m not trying to look and sound like the world when it comes to this.
